NCRPO seizes about Php 3 million worth of shabu from two drug suspects in Caloocan

Police confiscated almost Php 3 million worth of crystalized methamphetamine, also known as shabu, after arresting two notorious illegal drug pushers in Caloocan city.

Authorities identified the apprehended suspects as David Montalbo and Rolando Arnaiz, the leader of the notorious Arnaiz criminal gang who is involved in various crimes committed around Metro Manila.

Arnaiz denied the allegations against him, however Montalbo admitted that they own the confiscated illegal substances.

According to National Capital Region Police Dir. C/Supt. Guillermo Eleazar, the drugs, weighing 350 grams, were discovered inside a vehicle parked at Tullahan corner Ignacia road, where the buy-bust operation happened.

Operatives also confiscated two .45 caliber handguns from the suspects.

Currently, the police are conducting follow-up operations to capture other members of the Valenzuela Arnaiz Criminal gang.
