Metro Manila and several parts of Luzon will experience rains on Wednesday, the state weather bureau said.
In its daily weather bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Metro Manila, the Regions Of Cordillera, Ilocos, Central Luzon, CALABARZON and Mindoro Provinces will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms.
Pagasa added that the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening.
Moderate to occasionally strong winds blowing from the southwest to south will prevail over the western section of Luzon and Visayas and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to occasionally rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from southwest with slight to moderate seas.
