Malacanang remains unaffected with the decline in satisfactory rating of President Benigno Aquino III in the latest SWS survey for the beginning part of 2016.

According to Presidential Communications Secretary Herminio Coloma Jr., compare to the previous Presidents, President Aquino still has the highest overall rating of positive 27 percent.

Amid President Aquino’s remaining days in office, Coloma said that he remains to have a positive rating, which proves that Aquino still has the trust of the people.

Coloma said that the President always takes into consideration the welfare of the people in his public service, even after his term ends in June.

In line with this, Malacanang is confident that the public will be fair in voting for the next president, so that whoever that person is, will continue the administration’s programs and achieve inclusive growth for the country.

The latest SWS survey was conducted with 1,500 respondents from March 30-April 2.  The net satisfactory rating of the President in Metro Manila has reached to neutral zero.
