LVPI releases list of 20-member player pool for national women’s volleyball team

The Larong Volleyball sa Pilipinas Inc. (LVPI) and the coaching staff of the Philippine National Women’s Volleyball team finally releases its 20-member player pool for the national women’s volleyball team.

Aby Marano was chosen to head the 20-member pool, and will be joined by Mika Reyes, Jaja Santiago, Jia Morado, Alyssa Valdez, Rebecca Rivera, CJ Rosario, Mylene Paat, Maika Ortiz, Rhea Dimaculangan, Ces Molina, Din-Din Santiago-Manabat, Kianna Dy, Cha Cruz, Majoy Baron, Dawn Macandili, Kim Fajardo, Denden Lazaro, MJ Philips, and Myla Pablo.

From 20, the list will be narrowed down to 14 players to represent the national women’s volleyball team in the 2018 Asian Games in Indonesia, 2018 Asian Volleyball Cup in Thailand, and the 2019 Southeast Asian Games in the Philippines.

National team head coach Shaq Delos Santos is expected to release the final line-up within the week, just in time for the Jakarta Asian Games.
