The LRT 1 and 2 will not be operating throughout the duration of the Holy Week.
This was announced by the Light Rail Transit Authority via their official Twitter page on Tuesday.
According to the LRT, operations will stop on April 2, Thursday until April 5, Easter Sunday.
The announcement also stated that on Holy Wednesday, April 1, the last trip of LRT 1, Baclaran bound for Roosevelt station will be at eight in the evening.
Meanwhile, for the LRT 2, its last trip from Santolan is at eight pm and from Recto station will be at 8:30 pm.
Its operations will be back to normal on Monday, April 6, with its first trip at five in the morning.
