The Philippine National Police has filed murder charges against Daraga mayor Carlwyn Baldo, the suspected mastermind behind the death of Rep. Batocabe and his security aide SPO2 Orlando Diaz.
Six prime suspects already surrendered to authorites, and they further implicated the mayor to the crime.
Baldo meanwhile, denied the allegation that he ordered the killing of Batocabe. The latter filed his Certificate of Candidacy for mayorship of Daraga in the coming 2019 midterm elections.
