Queen of All Media Kris Aquino didn’t hold back when she lashed out at Presidential Communications Group Asec. For Social Media Mocha Uson.
The issue stemmed from Uson’s latest social media post (dated June 4) comparing President Rodrigo Duterte’s “no malice” kiss with a Filipina in his recent trip in South Korea, to that of a video of the late Sen. Benigno Aquino Jr. wherein he was also seen kissing his female fans when he was inside the plane before he got assassinated at the tarmac of the Manila International Airport.
In her Instagram post, Aquino said that Uson “crossed the line” by dragging her parents’ name in the issue. Aquino added that Uson disrespected her parents’ legacy, “marami akong pinalagpas. Binalahura mo na ang buong pagkatao ng pamilya namin.”
Aquino cries foul over Uson’s way of defending President Rodrigo Duterte’s actions, even though Kris insisted that she hasn’t, not once, shown any disrespect to the President. But what Uson did was to open up old wounds of a 12 year old kid whose father was killed helplessly.
This isn’t the first time that Uson threw a shade against the Aquino family. February this year, Uson in her personal blog, did a poll asking her followers whether or not they believe that the “1986 EDSA People Power is a product of fake news.”
The late Senator Aquino and his wife, former President Corazon Aquino played vital roles in the 1986 EDSA People power revolution.
