Ilocos Sur Gov. offers bounty for stray bullet suspect of three-month-old baby

Ilocos Sur Gov. Ryan Singson is offering a P250,000 bounty for information that could lead to the arrest of the perpetrator of the death of a three-month-old baby who died because of a stray bullet on New Year’s Eve in Caoayan, Ilocos Sur.

Baby Von Alexander Llagas was sleeping with his father inside their home when a bullet pierced through the roof of their roof and hit the baby in the head.

Also in Ilocos Sur, a two-year-old baby is in critical condition also due to a stray bullet.

The two-year-old baby Rhanz Angelo Corpuz went on a comatose after he was hit by a stray bullet in the head. He was taken to the Laoag City General Hospital.

Senior Supt. Wilben Mayor of the Philippine National Police (PNP) likewise confirmed that the victims of stray bullet have reached to 26.

Mayor said the number was since December 16 until yesterday.
