A Filipino pilot was in-charge of flying the biggest aircraft in the whole world, and it happened to land in at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport last night from Dubai.
President Benigno Aquino III personally welcomed Capt. Franklin Desiderio after flying Emirates A380 flight 334 at NAIA Terminal 3.
According to Capt. Desiderio, because of the said airplane, the Philippines has proven that it can operate planes like such.
The Emirates A380 is the biggest plane in the whole world. It has two floors, and can accommodate more than five hundred passengers.
All of its 14 First Class on Board lounges are considered high-tech. All gadgets are push buttons with 23-inches television and a mini bar. The Business class has 76 full-flat bed seats.
