Loud and loquacious, Eva Ajero surely has a place in the radio broadcast industry. This young girl never runs out of words and energy. With her vibrant personality and admirable achievements, Eva – despite being the youngest member of the newsroom – can definitely make it big in her chosen career.
Eva graduated Magna Cum Laude in Cavite State University, earning a degree of Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication. She was the Editor-in-Chief of the university’s official student publication of CvSU, The Gazette. She was also an active leader in their local church and was a part of the College Editors Guild of the Philippines. As a student leader, she already received numerous awards such as “Model Student Awardee” and “2014 Student Journalist of the Year” in the university.
She also worked as a writer-reporter for the Philippines News Agency and Radyong Bayan. During this stint, she covered events such as Fashion Week 2013, PCIJ anniversary and the 2013 senatorial elections. She started in DZRH News as a writer, production assistant and researcher.
Eva now goes on-air in her segment “Kaka-EBAngBalita” by the name of “Teacher Eva” in the morning program Magandang Umaga Pilipinas.
