DOH warns public of summer diseases

The Department of Health (DOH) warned the public of diseases during the summer season.

Health Secretary Fransisco Ona appealed to the public of a “danger proof” and “disease free” summer from sore eyes, sunburn, skin diseases and even dog bites.

Ona said the public can prevent such diseases if they are well-informed.

He added that to prevent skin diseases during the summer season, avoid going outdoors from 10 in the morning till two in the afternoon.
