Alliance of Concerned Teachers Partylist Representative Antonio Tinio insists that a protest movement should not be used as grounds to declare Martial Law.
According to Congressman Tinio, rallies are no longer new to the public, and that Martial Law should not be declared due to such events.
Cong. Tinio also believes that demonstrators will not waver due to President Rodrigo Duterte’s threat to declare nationwide Martial Law.
Cong. Tinio also promised that their rally for September 21, in remembrance of the 1972 Martial Law declaration, will be peaceful and will not lead to violence.
Cong. Tinio said during an interview.
