CBCP reacts on latest celeb sex video scanda

The Catholic Church is bothered by the series of celebrities’ sex video scandals going viral on social networking sites.

According to Fr. Melvin Castro, Executive Secretary of the Catholic Bishop’s Conference of the Philippines Episcopal Commission on Family and Life, it’s unfortunate and disturbing the release of the sex videos of celebrities because they’re being looked up to by a lot of people, especially the youth.

Fr. Castro is making an appeal to the entertainment industry to be role models for the youth.

A few days ago, comedian Wally Bayola’s alleged private video with EB Babe Yosh went viral over the internet.

Bayola is a married man with five kids.

Previously, artists such as Hayden Kho and Parokya ni Edgar’s Chito Miranda also experienced the same fate as Bayola when their own sex videos were also released “unknowingly” to the internet.   (with Rita Salonga)
