Members of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency raided another shabu laboratory in Malabon on Monday.
The said laboratory, believed to be used to produce and distribute illegal drugs was located in Brgy. Santolan, Malabon. The said laboratory is connected to the shabu lab in Ibaan, Batangas and Tinajeros, Malabon.
According to PDEA, the laboratory was being used to store chemicals used in producing illegal drugs.
Aside from chemicals, the PDEA also confiscated branded cigarettes.
Authorities believe that after “cooking” the shabu someplace else, the suspects bring it to the Malabon lab and use the branded cigarettes as packaging.
Meanwhile, no one was arrested during the said raid but according to the owner of the house identified as Marilou Patricio, she has no idea what was being done inside the rented laboratory.
