Sexy actress Ana Capri on Tuesday filed charges against a Chinese national who sexually harassed her at a posh club in Taguig City last month.
Capri slapped act of lasciviousness, physical injuries and slander by deeds charges against the supposed intoxicated foreigner who was only identified as John Doe before the Taguig City Prosecutor’s Office.
According to Capri, Doe suddenly grabbed her behind while she was charging her mobile phone at about 3 a.m. of April 3 at The Palace Pool Club in Bonifacio Global City.
Shocked, the actress defended herself by slapping the man. The suspect, however, also hit her in the face.
The security manager of the said establishment, identified as Carl Velasco, was also charged for violation of Presidential Decree 1829 (Penalizing Obstruction of Apprehension and Prosecution of Criminal Offenders) due to his failure to give her assistance and identify the suspect.
The actress appealed to the management of the club to help her pursue the case. (Glendel Nazario, Anna Marinela Bade/MJD)
