Air Asia cancels flights to give way for APEC Summit

Air Asia Philippines issues an advisory cancelling 56 of their domestic flights and eight international flights due to the implementing periodic temporary runway closure at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport for the upcoming Asia pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Summit.

On November 17, seventeen Air Asia flights are cancelled for passengers going to Kalibo, Cebu, Tagbilaran, Puerto Princesa, Davao, Tacloban and flights going Manila.

On November 18, eight international flights going to Hong Kong, Macau, Incheon and Kuala Lumpur and going back to Manila and some other domestic flights are cancelled.

For November 19, another eight international flights and 13 domestic fights are still cancelled while on November 20, 12 domestic flights going to Puerto Princesa, Cebu and Kalibo are cancelled.
