Of the 109 animals, 14 were alive while the rest are dead.

The endangered animals are as follows: 78 Palawan hill Mynas, 12 bluenaped parrots and five crocodiles.

According to DENR undersecretary Ernesto Adobo, the said wildlife species are killed on purpose because of the noise it creates during wee hours.

The owner of the house where the animals are discovered will be facing charges against the republic act 9147 or wildlife resources conservation and protection act. (Rommel Fuertes)
